Bernie Benson is a skilled IT professional who specializes in helping organization manage their data. Over the past 15 years he has developed hundreds of customized client/server relational database programs for a wide variety of non-profit, government and private organizations, primarily using Microsoft database and web development technologies. He also often provides in-house consulting covering all types of information management, including data-conversion and data-mining. In addition to database and web/database application design, Bernie has also become involved in supporting Paragon's online eLearning tool, call QBooks®.

Susan Girsch joined The Paragon Consulting Group in July 2001. Sue has worked with numerous credit unions, small to large, developing and implementing overdraft protection programs and developing contingency plans. Within the framework of this position, she has become familiar with many aspects of the credit union's functionality. Sue is also the project leader for Paragon online eLearning tool, called QBooks®.
