Bernie Benson

Bernie Benson is a skilled IT professional who specializes in helping organization manage their data. Over the past 15 years he has developed hundreds of customized client/server relational database programs for a wide variety of non-profit, government and private organizations, primarily using Microsoft database and web development technologies. He also often provides in-house consulting covering all types of information management, including data-conversion and data-mining. In addition to database and web/database application design, Bernie has also become involved in supporting Paragon's online eLearning tool, call QBooks®.


Susan Girsch

Susan Girsch joined The Paragon Consulting Group in July 2001. Sue has worked with numerous credit unions, small to large, developing and implementing overdraft protection programs and developing contingency plans. Within the framework of this position, she has become familiar with many aspects of the credit union's functionality. Sue is also the project leader for Paragon online eLearning tool, called QBooks®.


David Dally

David Dally has worked for industry leaders such as IBM, Control Data, Citicorp, Fiserv, Blue Cross, Baxter Laboratories and Sara Lee. He has amassed 40 years experience in Information Technology, including main-frame programming, systems analysis and design, management, marketing, and sales. David assists non-technical clients to understand, create and deploy highly technical solutions.

Jim Packer combines over 15 years of experience in production management and software engineering. His areas of expertise include Microsoft Access databases, Visual Basic, and computer hardware. He has developed database applications for such organizations as the Squaxin Tribe for managing their affairs.
