CEO Evaluations

Boards often struggle with conducting a consistent and effective evaluation of their President/CEO.  We created the CEO Evaluator to help make this oft-dreaded process a positive tool for both the Board and the CEO.

The CEO Evaluator features the following:

  • Evaluation in three areas of performance
    • Strategic plan goals
    • Essential job functions from the job description
    • Professional development goals
  • On-line input from all of the Board members and the CEO
  • Consolidation of the input into a final report to be used in the evaluation session between the CEO and Board Chair
