John Eslinger joined The Paragon Group in 2010 as a Compliance Officer. Prior to joining The Paragon Group, John was employed at Washington Mutual as Compliance Officer for their Commercial Loan division. Prior to joining WaMu, he was appointed to internal audit, regulatory compliance manager for Bank of America consumer loan services. John has also held finance, credit risk and internal audit positions with Chrysler Financial, NationsBank and Allfirst Bank. John began his financial services career as a collector in a small Idaho loan branch, where he quickly rose to branch manager.

John graduated with a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting/Economics from Boise State University. He obtained certification as Certified Internal Auditor in 1991.
